Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup raisins or nuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, mash the bananas. Add the oats and cinnamon, mixing until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips and/or raisins if desired.
- Scoop Cookies: Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake: Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool and Enjoy: Let cool slightly before serving!
