Kid Friendly: Cheesy Quesadillas

Ingredients:

  • Flour tortillas
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
  • Optional fillings (cooked chicken, beans, bell peppers, etc.)
  • Salsa or sour cream (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Heat Skillet: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Assemble Quesadilla: Place one tortilla in the skillet. Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese on one half, and add any optional fillings.
  3. Fold and Cook: Fold the tortilla in half. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden.
  4. Slice and Serve: Remove from the skillet, slice into wedges, and serve with salsa or sour cream.
