Ingredients:
- Flour tortillas
- Shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
- Optional fillings (cooked chicken, beans, bell peppers, etc.)
- Salsa or sour cream (for serving)
Instructions:
- Heat Skillet: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Assemble Quesadilla: Place one tortilla in the skillet. Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese on one half, and add any optional fillings.
- Fold and Cook: Fold the tortilla in half. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden.
- Slice and Serve: Remove from the skillet, slice into wedges, and serve with salsa or sour cream.
